Our Way of Doing Business

We want to keep it simple. Always. Basic to good service, we think. As we have a real business that lends itself to a fully virtual platform, we make good use of it and use online and e-mail. Here are the simple steps:

  1. You request a quote
  2. We send you a quote
  3. You agree
  4. We send you a contract
  5. You consent to the contract via return e-mail and forward your down payment online
  6. We deliver and send your invoice
  7. You forward your final payment online

When writing is involved, we deliver an initial version, you have your revision and supply comments and a critique, we adjust accordingly and deliver a final version and an invoice, you forward your final payment online. Thus, we’ve had a satisfying business relationship and can move on to the next contract, if and when necessary.
